After your appointment, we will submit your claim to your insurance company. If you have a deductible or a co-pay due for services provided, those fees are due at the time of service. We will provide you with a complete estimate before any treatment is done, and we make every effort to maximize your dental benefits.

Membership Discount Plan
No insurance? No problem! At Pearl Dentistry, we offer our own membership discount plan that helps you get the treatments you need at a reduced cost. Our plan saves patients 30–50% off average dental treatment fees in our area! It costs just $350 per member per year and includes the following:
- Two cleanings per year (in the absence of periodontal disease)
- Two examinations
- Two fluoride treatments
- All needed X-rays
- 15% off of all other treatments at Pearl Dentistry
